Cooking begins in copper cauldrons under the supervision of our experienced confectioners. Shaping and packing receive the same attention. Small batches and large wholesale orders follow the same consistent, disciplined process.
Our plain, pistachio and hazelnut Turkish delights combine traditional varieties with recipes and techniques developed over the years. We also make Mersin's renowned cezerye with carefully selected regional pistachios, hazelnuts and walnuts, in traditional döner, baton, leaf and cube forms.
